Purpose
Answers: "Why do I exist?" The unified meaning above all three passions/callings. Purpose emerges AFTER passions are defined, never before. It is the umbrella statement over Personal, Family, and World.
Coaching Tip
Purpose is the last piece of the foundation puzzle. Don't rush it. Let it emerge naturally after passions crystallize. Share these examples only when clients are ready - "What umbrella covers all three of your callings?"

+Passions / Callings
One per macro area (Personal, Family, World). A passion is a burden or responsibility you feel compelled to carry. NOT a hobby - a calling. Ask: "What makes you weep? What makes you pound the table?"
Coaching Tip
Passions are "fuel" - emotional energy when discipline fatigues. They float across spheres of life but are anchored in one macro area. "Discipline is fatiguing. Passions are energizing."
Personal
+Family
+World
+Intentions
One per micro area. The distilled direction from brainstormed ideas - "the derivative, the slope, the trend line." Must hold in ALL circumstances: best case and worst case. They are "mental tattoos."
Coaching Tip
Test every intention: "Can you still walk in this direction if everything falls apart? What if you're in a wheelchair?" If it fails the worst-case test, it's an outcome, not a direction.

+Identities
Who you must become to live your intention naturally. Formation, not performance. Written as "I am..." statements. The pattern: "I am [identity]. I walk in [intention]."
Coaching Tip
Identity statements are "positive propaganda" - billboards for your own mind. Encourage clients to set them as phone backgrounds, record as voice memos, or review while brushing teeth. "Billboards work. Radio ads work. So does your self-talk."
